Water and Sewers
Jordanelle Special Service District (JSSD) manages the water and wastewater systems in the JSSD.
Water and Sewer for Fox Bay Condominiums are prorated equally by the 132 owners and the fee is included in the monthly HOA dues. There is no individual water meter for each unit, so it is critical for owners to conserve water in order to keep the cost at a reasonable rate.
Fox Bay HOA monitor's water leaks such as running toilets using the Jordanelle Customer Petrol. The loss of water due to running faucet or toilet leaks are our biggest opportunity to conserve water. Owners can also listen for the running water drain line in the garages and report it to the property Manager or HOA Board of Trustees.
