Fox Bay Gas Service
The gas to Fox Bay Condo is provided by the Dominion Energy. the common area such as main office building, clubhouse, gym, common area hallway, mechanical room as well as garage gas is paid by the HOA as a part of the Fox Bay monthly dues. The cost of individual gas usage is the responsibility of the owner of the unit via a designated gas meter.
All gas outages or leaks must be reported to the Dominion Energy .
