Annual Budgets

Fox Bay annual budget is set in the fourth quarter of each year based on the previous year's relative expenses and anticipated cost increase for the upcoming year.  The budget setting process include any consideration to additional revenue generation by announcing increase in dues.  Although it is the Board of Trustees desire to keep the dues flat, the dues must cover the operation expenses as well as allocation of fund for reserve.  You can find the past 5 years annual budget from the Google drive in the link below.
