Utilities and Services
Fox Bay Condiminums utilities service providers are list below. Water and Sewer as well as trash pickup cost is included in the HOA dues. Owners are responsible for power, gas, cable and internet.
There are 4 trash dumpsters located at the complex. The trash pick up is on Monday and Friday. The pick up time depends on the driver's route, and it can start as early as 4:30 AM to as late as 2:00 PM.
There is no recycle service by Wasatch County Solid Waste SSD. We will continue to investigate recycling service int he future, but at meantime, you can take your recycle material to one of the local sites for disposal.
