The Fox Bay Administration team consists of three members of the Board of Trustees and a Property Manager. The Board of Trustees is elected annually. The current Board of Trustees for the 2023-24 calendar year is as follows:

The Property Manager (PM) at Fox Bay has a unique role that includes property supervision and maintenance services. In addition to administrative activities, the PM is responsible for providing specific maintenance services to the association. This includes tasks related to property administration, maintenance, repair, inspection, and record-keeping.

Please reach out to Amigo Property Management for all day-to-day operational support via email or phone. You may copy the HOA on your request in case follow-up is necessary.

If you are a tenant or a guest, please note that you must contact the property owner, who will then contact the HOA or the Property Manager on your behalf. There is no direct contractual relationship between tenants/guests and the HOA or the Property Manager.
