Fox Bay Power (Electricity Service)
The Power to Fox Bay Condo is provided by the rocky Mountain Power. the common area such as main office building, clubhouse, gym, common area hallway, mechanical room as well as garage power is paid by the HOA as a part of the Fox Bay monthly dues. The cost of individual power usage is the responsibility of the owner of the unit via a designated meter.
All power outages must be reported to the Rocky Mountain Power. All lights replacement for the common area and garages must be reported to the Property Manager.

Electric Vehicle Charging: Fox Bay Condo is not equipment to provide individual charging station for EVs. The common area power must not be used for personal EV charging. The owners of EV must use privately EV charging station in the area similar to combustion engine owners use gas station for refueling.
As we get more EV owners residing at our community, we might need to take a closer look to accommodate such a need in the future.
