On behalf of Fox Bay Condominiums owner, Board of trustees and Property manager, we want to welcome you to our website. Our goal is for the property owners, prospective buyers, tenants, and guest to be able to obtain information about what Fox Bay Community offers.
The Fox Bay Condominiums Homeowners Association, Inc. (the "Association") is incorporated as a non-profit corporation in the State of Utah for the purpose of maintaining, operating, and governing the Fox Bay Condominiums consisting of 132 residential units overlooking the Jordanelle Reservoir in Wasatch County west of Heber City, Utah.
Fox Bay Homeowners website provides access to a wide range of information, including non-confidential and legal documents. To access important community documents such as the CC&R, Bylaws, and Rules and Regulations, please navigate to the dedicated pages on our website. These pages provide comprehensive information about the guidelines and regulations that govern our community. Simply click on the respective document titles in the navigation menu to view the contents. Please note that these documents contain important information about living in our community and should be reviewed by prospective buyers or residents.
Owner Document Access: Registered owners with a valid Google Account email address on file can access confidential information via a link to the Fox Bay Google Drive. All documents on this website are controlled via Google Drive.

Fox Bay Communication Protocol: Amigo Property Management is responsible for the day-to-day operation, maintenance, communication and compliance of the facility on behalf of Fox Bay HOA.
Daily Management and Work Requests: All maintenance requests, work orders, and operational issues should be submitted directly to the Property Manager. The Board's role is governance and oversight. The Board may be copied on correspondence for informational purposes; however, the Board can only forward your request to the property Manager, which could add delay in response. Please direct your request to Amigo Property Management @ foxbay@amigopropertyservice.com

Following this communication process helps ensure that requests are documented, tracked, assigned, and resolved efficiently while allowing the Board to focus on its governance responsibilities
If Tenants/Guests have any non-emergency concerns or require assistance, please have them contact the owner. Owner will convey the request to Property Manager and copy HOA. For urgent safety or security matters, Tenant/Guests can reach out directly to the Property Manager or HOA.

Fox Bay office is located on the first floor of Building A as you enter the complex. Our office hours is managed by Abby Tiscareno, available Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM MST. During these hours, you can reach Abby at (435)-333-7500 or leave her a message.
HOA Contact Information: All communication to HOA is via Gmail address @fbhoa@foxbayhoa.com.
Accounting Support: All communications for accounting activities such as ACH payment or change in bank routing, etc. need to be addressed to Lorrie Allen our accountant @ lorrie@taphoaaccounting.com
All matters such as disputes, noise, dog bites, etc. must be communicated to Wasatch County Dispatch and other local authorities. You should also copy the HOA and or the Property Managers so that we are aware of the issue.
